Been renting here for a couple of months, Kathy moved me in and she has great customer service. She always send a text and call me every month so I won’t get a late fee. I really appreciate that from her. She have been going over and beyond for me and my family since we have been renting here. I definitely recommend coming to rent here. The facility is nice and clean and having Kathy there is even better!

I needed to quickly get storage for some items and I live out of state. Choosing what I thought I needed online was simple, and Kathy called and walked me through completing my reservation and getting my unit, as well as offered the office's support in helping my family (local) in getting acquainted with the unit when they are ready to move things in. Excellent customer service.
