Place is always clean, variety of styles and brand names of clothing. Nice athletic Nike, addidas and under Armour section. Prices are sometimes competitive.

I love the Kohl's in Tinley Park. They have everything. Plus, I usually take my Amazon returns here and get the 25% off coupon to use on my purchase of almost anything. I can't beat that!!

This is the best Kohl's I have ever shopped. The first time I went there was because I accidentally did an order pickup at their location. I didn't realized I had the wrong location. I went to the Kohl's I traditionally shop and was rudely informed that I was at the wrong place. Embarrassed and frustrated I headed south to this location. Mentally preparing for another run-around. I was immediately greeted by a friendly person who retrieved my package in less the 5 minutes right there at the front door! (I waited over 30 minutes , in the back of the store, just to have someone snarl at me at the other location). I have been back to Tinley's Kohl's twice since then. I wanted to make sure it wasn't a fluke. Sure enough! Each time I enter the store someone genuinely greets me. I receive eye contact from the sales staff in different departments and greetings. Not pesky, just acknowledging that they are there if I need them.

Went shopping for the first time at this particular Kohl’s. It was extremely busy with at least 9 people in line. A cashier by the name of Lakeysha took care of my transaction. In the midst of a VERY busy time in the store Lakeysha’s customer service was impeccable. She explained the rewards program to me and its benefits. I was interested in signing up however her register was not allowing me to sign up. Lakeysha was determined, she asked a supervisor to assist her with the sign up. Even with the assistance of the supervisor the reward sign up was not a success (we tried about 10 times). Lakeysha apologized for the inconvenience then asked the cashier near by if she could assist me. With all that has going on in the world I really appreciated Lakeysha’s GREAT customer service. I will be back to shop at this location ALL because of the customer service displayed by Lakeysha.
