I’ve always had good experiences at Panera Bread. Today was disappointingly different. I went through the Drive-thru and ordered the Mediterranean Flat Bread Pizza, based on the TV commercials and great pictures.nIt was horrible! The pizza was made up of the crust, cheese, and three or four small tomato halves. There were no other veggies. It was no more than a cheese flat bread pizza. Big Disappointment!
Don't get their tasteless, watered-down coffee. Anyone looking at this would think its iced tea. I also wish they would stop badgering every person who walks in. The whole point of pick up is to go in, grab it and walk out without a middleman touching your bag and cup for you. I'm perfectly capable of picking it up myself. They may mean well but you have a pick up area for a reason.
Very clean. Went inside to order. Staff was masked and cleaning between customers. Love the Fuji Apple Salad.
Horrible management. A family member was discriminated because of age and belittled by Nicole the assistant. I called to complain to upper management after a call to corporate office since they are franchised; the GM was rude over phone and asked for number to call back. Umm no I’ll wait and she hung up on me very rude and unprofessional management. I looked at other reviews and things haven’t changed horrible staff and rude customer service. I will be telling friends and family about this experience and stop at services. Management should take trainings on customer service and professionalism.
Service was good they ran out of bananas for my smoothie but it was still excellent with just strawberry.
