Staff was extremely rude and arrogant. Management may want to train these people better. The one in particular was a white male in case management wants to try and figure out who is representing their store poorly.
Been to this location many times, service is slow and need a change of attitude. I waited close to 10 mins for 2 coffees and I was the only person inside in line. They made at least 15 drive up coffees before I finally asked for my order and got an attitude. Its usually a little better than this occasion but I'd say mediocre.
Made our Carmel iced coffees with extra Carmel perfect. Friendly staff. Please dont forget kindness and a tip are always appreciated
Cant go wrong with dunkin.
