Drive thru can be a bit difficult but inside service is quick and sometimes efficient.
This place used to be amazing, then alot of people left and the quality is no longer there. They can never get my order right anymore.
Went recently and used the drive through for 2 bagels and 2 drinks, nothing special, and the two staff members that helped me asked me multiple times what I ordered, like they kept forgetting. And then one of them handed me one of my drinks and less than 30 seconds later she couldn't remember if I got it or not. To top it off, the language barrier with one of the staff members made it difficult to order and the other staff member that handed me my items was wearing her mask on her chin, not at all covering her nose or mouth. At least the food and drinks were good. But definitely would not recommend this location.
No line! Paid with the Dunkin App! Order was correct! Fast!
Great place for coffee. Try the donuts.
