The staff is much more proactive in offering assistance now. It made me feel more welcomed. I love that you can return things from Amazon and get coupons to shop there too.
Clean store!
One of my favorite stores. Many different brands at one place, absolutely neat and clean every time, extremely polite personnel, close to my apartment, big parking...of course there is no need to mention they are compliant with all Covid safety measures. Also, there is a place inside Kohl’s store where you can do returns from Amazon which is also convenient for us who live close by.There is never a line, so you don’t have to wait.
I went in to return an Amazon order. The return station is at the very back of the store. The Elmhurst location has it right at the door, so that is not convenient. With that being said, I'm happy Kohl's has this service. To review Kohl's, what can I say? I love this store. They gave me a 25% off coupon on my Amazon return and of course it lured me into an unexpected purchase. I like when they offer Kohl's cash and love when I get a 30% off coupon. One thing they changed this year was, at your anniversary time of your credit card, they used to send a promotion equal to how many years you've had the credit card. In my case it is 26 years. Well, this year I got $5 instead of $26. Drastic change. Hopefully after we get through Covid they will go back to their normal practice.
The signs for the Amazon return lead me to the wrong end of the store. However once I was pointed in the right direction I was quickly helped.
