They forgot to take the security tag off. They need to understand that mistakes like this are extremely inconsiderate considering people are about to take a flight and will not be able to return to this location. Trying to deal with a refund over the phone has proven to be an extreme hassle where I’m leaving voicemails and store associates not offering any considerate solution. They made the mistake and I shouldn’t have to return the jacket or go out of my way to get the tag removed without some type of reimbursement.
What a horrible experience. The manager was and completely unaccommodating from a customer service perspective. I was outraged by the lack of support she provided after waiting 30 minutes for an answer about the return. Selection is scant and service was about the same. Grant it, it's an airport location but come on... hire some decent staff. You have a sterling image to live up to. I am & have been a loyal BB customer since 1997 from the LaSalle & Adams location. This was a bit of a let down but the saving grace is the BB quality.
Nice service
Just was overcharged. Shirts on sale for $59 were all charged at $79. Didn't notice until on my flight. Will now go through the hassle of getting the refund via telephone. They said they were having a computer problem, but come on, you are Brooks Brothers not Target.
