Great
I believe she was the Supervisor Marcela, she needs to get trained in her supervisor skills. Apparently she doesn't check the ticket tag and the receipt to make sure it matches to make a return. She refuses to make exchanges or returns if the brand of the jeans doesn't match the ticket tag. Which been in sales you can't go based on the brand of the item but rather the ticket price . She has really bad customer service. First time here and never coming back again .
I really like this store. Always something new and reasonable prices too
