First time going to this one I really enjoyed shopping I need to go back
Not a big store compares to some other locations, decent selection of merchandise.
I have always loved coming to this location... until yesterday. I found a nice accent chair that I wanted to purchase and an associate asked me if I needed assistance. I stated that I did, and he told me to go pay while he hauled the chair up to the front of the store; he stated that he would then help me get the chair into my car. When I got to the register to pay, the cashier retrieved the tag to scan and stated, “This seems kind of expensive for a chair, don’t you think?” Rude, but okay. I pay for the chair and find the associate who stated he would help me get the chair into my car. I inform him that I’m going to pull my car around, and he proceeds to laugh, stating, “Lady I’m going on lunch. Good luck.” I asked if anyone else would be available to help get the chair into my vehicle, and he simply walked away. My sister and I struggled to pick up the chair and bring it to my car as three associates stood by and watched. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior, and I will not be returning to this location.
Still has lots of Christmas stuff available. This is honestly the best Home Goods I've been too.
Left what I wanted to purchase, because the line was ridiculously long
