It was around when I was a kid in the 60's. It was good then and still is great. It's the only shop in this little shopping center that has survived all these years; that ought to speak for itself
Great baked goods. Large variety in types of breads offered. Reasonably priced.
I have never been so disappointed. Yesterday we stopped in to grab some donuts to have with coffee after our outing. Only to find out that the donuts appeared to have been leftovers from the day before. The apple cider donuts and chocolate donuts were dry as was the icing on the chocolate donuts.
It's a pretty decent bakery for doughnuts and rolls. My only dislike, is that sometimes the chocolate on the doughnuts can be gritty in texture instead of smooth. Looking at other reviews, I've never experienced rudeness. Sometimes as customers, we can be rude too, thinking as customers it's acceptable because we are told - The Customer is always right, which isn't true. Looking forward to trying some other items. One major plus, is that they open at 6am if you are looking to pick up something for work. A lot of other bakeries are opening later. Covid may have you waiting outside a bit, but that's typical for many small businesses.
Delicious bakery & breads. Friendly customer service. Very nice girls working there. Highly recommend.
