Horrible experience and customer service. Ordered custom cake days in advance and at scheduled pick up time no one knew anything about it. Will never order from this location again.

I would choose less stars if possible. Came here around midnight. Employee was rude and seemed half asleep taking our orders. The tags describing the ice cream flavors fell before I arrived and employee didn't pick it up at all. It was inside the ice cream containers contaminating the food.nnWe ate our orders after leaving. We ordered 2 cups with 4 scoops of different flavors. One had dead bugs mixed with the ice cream and the other that long hairs. Ice cream was tossed and never eaten.nnUnless you like eating dead bugs and hairs with your ice cream, don't ever eat here.
