The boys working were definitely nice and sweet. However the 1 star is for the dirty cup I received with my iced coffee. Took a drink from it before realizing the red sticky stuff on my cup and inside of the lid. Feel sick to my stomach, disgusting.
I went there yesterday morning, this was not my first time there but was treated very rudely. I waited at the intercom for over 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. I said hello multiple times thinking they didn't know I was there even though there was a huge line. I ordered three drinks and the employee asked if I wanted a cup holder. I said yes please and she rolled her eyes at my response. She proceeded to slowly walk over to grab one and not make any effort to hand me my drinks. This dunkin isn't usually the best, but after this experience I won't be returning.
Not sure what is up these days, because this is one of the newer, cooler looking DDs. Breakfast sandwiches were fine and the coffee was good as always, but the customer area was filthy! I know the seating area is not in use, but it still needs to be swept and mopped! Made me worry a bit if my food was going to be clean.
Terrible service. Placed an online order and arrived 20 minutes later. Order was still not ready. No communication from staff at all. Rude and standoffish. Unorganized.
Only Dunkin that was open around 8:30 pm in the area after I went to two others that were closed. Weird!
