I love Panera. They have great coffee and food. I love the Kitchen Sink cookie (so named because of the many toppings / ingredients). I also like to get the egg and cheese sandwich for my vegetarian breakfast. You can join their rewards program to earn points towards free items, and special deals including a birthday treat.
Spacious, pleasant and cool place to have a coffee with friends. I didn’t try food, but my partner said their sandwiches are great. They are getting 4 stars because of a little bit slow service. Waited too long for 3 coffees. But everything else is great!

Waited 15 mins for my food only to be told by the courteous manager that they didn't have what I ordered (even though there was no one in front of me in line). After driving home, I found out the other sandwich on my order literally had a piece of paper from the cheese or chicken inside of it. The paper is on the bottom right of the photo with pieces of food still attached. Won't ever be coming back here again even though the manager was nice, his employees really messed up.
Unable to count or confirm a receipt before leaving the shop. Simple mistakes. Missing sides on multiple orders. Tried this shop too many times. Not worth the time. Just get delivered from another panera or store
