So I been to this location twice. BOTH times the owner was extremely rude. This second time however I had an online order that apparently did not go through on his end. I tried to show him my order, with order confirmation and he refused to look at it. He said “what do you want me to do?” Avoid this location!! I rather drive two blocks more for better service.
The employee was extremely slow, she didn’t know what a chai tea was, I waited way too long for a simple drink and avocado toast. She was also on a phone call, which was on speaker. Talk about unprofessionalism.
The worthies location even. Was waiting for jus a coffee for 20 minutes
Customer service was good not great. I was dealt with pretty fast so what I mean is when I walked in thru the doors and placed my order I received it pretty fast and I was out of their quickly. What I didn't like was they were missing quite a bit of the good donuts so I had to settle for donuts that I wasn't prepared to eat but it was good so I'm not gonna explain to much about that. All in all it was a good experience and I would definitely come again.
I showed up at 5:54pm and found them closed. The employee inside just looked at me and walked away without any explanation. The hours listed say they close at 6pm daily. Very unsatisfying and unprofessional.
