The employees seem competent and the ice cream is consistently good. I don't have a single complaint.
Normally my go to, love Cold Stone. But really glad a bunch of teenagers were working and not enforcing covid rules. About 6 people in front of us and two were wearing no masks and and the rest had them below their noses or wearing them as chin diapers. Went to Culvers instead.
Needs more variety and options in the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory section
I been waiting 20 minutes to order they rushed to mix ice cream not like professional and leak ice cream outsides they not even clean up the mess ice cream outside he put in the plastic bag that it oh my god I cant believe this cold stone very bad service.... I do not recommend tonCome this store
