Not crowded and choices beyond. The employee was overly helpful and suggestions were made with no pushing towards any item... a real delight in our shopping experience
Outstanding customer service and great tasting fresh coffee at 3pm on my visit 13Feb2021. Clean establishment. Will definitely return next time I'm in the area.
Went there this morning to purchase a gift card for a gift. The supervisor loaded money on to a USED CARD! When I noticed that the card was used, I asked him to change the gift card to a new card as I don’t feel comfortable using or giving a USED, DIRTY gift card! The window of the PIN was already scratched. I was told by the supervisor that this card is fine and it’s doesn’t matter since money is already on this card and it’s ready to use. What kind of business sells a used gift card during a pandemic!!!!!nSupervisor agreed to replace my card. The gift card replacement was also a used card. I was also not given a gift envelope and had to repeatedly ask for an envelope. I’m really disappointed by the management at this location. No safety protocols in place and no regard for their customers.
The way they serve clients showed they loved the coffee they represent. The smiles were not fake and the giggles were real.
