Decent property, nice security although it would be helpful If they remained at their post... 10 minutes sitting at a gate waiting for someone to appear and let you in is not fun. I understand bathroom breaks are a necessity but if trucks have to get security to let them in, someone should always be there. Thank you to the company driver that helped me!
I got here at September 30th at17:32 My appointment time was not until 8:00 a.m. They unload a few trucks before me even though I was here before them. I was finally able to leave at 17:46
Terrible drivers
They are awful. The people who work their do not know what they are doing. They are terrible at routing drivers and have the worst customer service. I was on hold for 15 minutes before I even spoke with someone and when I finally did they were clueless about what their job even was.
