Copher movers moved my granddaughter and her roommate this past Saturday. They did a great job and were very professional. They had a third floor move, but they did a fine job. I would recommend and use again in future.

The team members at Copher Movers & Storage gave me an exceptional experience from the quote, to loading day, and up to delivery. They were very responsive and informative when it came to me reaching out and I had no problems with communication. I would say the only issue I really had was that they only gave me a day notice prior to delievery. I had to jump through some hoops to make that happen since I was traveling from Chicago to Atlanta but to be fair the date fell within the timeframe of the estimated delivery. The movers that packed and loaded my belongings were also well informative, punctual, and quick. This also applies to the people that delivered my items, all boxes seemed to be intact, nothing was missing, and no items within the boxes were broken whether I packed it or them. The delivery crew also placed the boxes exceptionally well. They asked if I wanted them to be in aisles to be accessible or straight up to take up less space. I would recommend Copher and I would use them again.

Professional, Timely, friendly, put everything exactly where I needed it to be, finished early. I highly recommend.nNote: if you want a move day to go smoothly- be ready , organized and have belongings labeled. Take responsibility to do your part so the movers can do theirs.nWill use this company again.

I had to move unexpectedly from a place. All I needed was bigger items I owned moved from a 1 bedroom apartment. One of the movers discovered a pest issue and notified me and their boss. I was charged extra due to them wanting to prevent the pest from getting on the truck. Understanding I agreed. Throughout the move he made rude comments about the situation. He asked if it was anything else I needed moved I told him no, since it's a pest issue I'll come back and throw away small items/ declutter. He made a rude remark about the situation and walked away to his truck.Later he was refusing to move certain items. He told me once at the next location he wouldn't move things off the truck.After back and forth about what I wanted and what I wanted to throw away due to the pest, they put my furniture in my home with things not put back together that was taken apart. Some items weren't even put inside the home they left it out in the common area of the apartment. I will never do business with this moving company again. I was of course charged for everything that was promised to be done before they left. Very unpleasant and unprofessional.
