Hands down the best service ever! Don’t remember the driver’s name but he explained everything very thoroughly. Very friendly. I also payed close attention to the delivery and pick up of the box because I was worried for my furniture and personal belongings. The driver was very professional and gentle when handling the box....I was very impressed! The prices are unbeatable and the service was amazing!
Used Big Blue Box for storage during our home remodeling project. Box was clean, large and sturdy. Got through winter and summer. I compared pricing and quality with others before choosing them. Drop off/pick up drivers were very professional and courteous. Protected our driveway very well. Great customer service, too. Exceeded our expectations.
The driver, Chuck, was excellent! He didn’t say anything but I’m pretty sure he came on his day off. Bottom line is this guy showed up on time, with perfect execution, extremely courteous and professional personality, and most importantly resultsnI highly recommend Chuck and this organization
