Store was very clean. Cashiers are masked and wipe down between every transaction. Friendly people. Well stocked for teens for both boys and girls as well as smaller adult sizes. Sneakers, housewares and luggage were also well stocked. Toy section was not as large or diverse as expected. Mostly baby & toddler toys. Liked the store and the friendly workers.
Store was kinda busy but all the associates I interacted with were pleasant. Liz was a HUGE help in jewelry and she gave my mother and me GREAT service, and helped me find a good watch. Her service was so awesome that I sought out the manager to commend her. Thanks Liz! I love the watch!
Staff was helpful and knowledgeable helping select an appliance but have been waiting 4 days for call to set up appt for installation.
I like to come to this store with my girlfriend to buy some clothes. She usually found everything she looking for here so there's no need to search more. They also have a really affordable prices and that is one more +.
This store is exactly what I expect of Kohl's; Clean, nice staff, helpful, attentive, etc.nThe one draw back is that many of the racks were overly stocked. Trying to remove anything from a display rack and something would fall. I spent a lot of unnecessary time replacing what I knocked down.
