Terrible customer service , totally just ruined my night.

The ice cream was delicious my daughter enjoyed trying a sample a also before we decided what we wanted, we ate there is a really nice calm place plus side it smells like coffee .I had brownie Sundae , daughter had 2 scoops of cookie dough ice cream it was great.
They are literally always out of cookies everytime I go there...
This dunkin is conveniently located but it has some of the most airheaded staff. Check your order before you go, without fail they get it wrong 8 times out of 10 even after you repeat your order to them 3 times and they repeat it back to you. I try to avoid going here because it's more of a headache when you have to be somewhere and find out later your order is wrong.
