Great place with nice people, but getting a bit lax on consistency, for the money charged. One day, get an iced coffee with 4 or 5 cubes, and obviously made with hot coffee poured over that, and then the next day, I get a cup absolutely full of cubes, with about 4 sips of coffee in it. Everybody knows it's a busy location, but for $3-$4 for a coffee, it maybe should be close to the same every time, dont you think? Would just like to see a more consistent, better product, and value, for our hard earned dollars.
I love this DD shop! Drinks are very consistent. Service is very efficient. This is definitely the best DD in the area!!! Thank you for making great DD coffee!!
Bad customer service. The cashier got both mine and person in front of me orders wrong and then gave us attitude and blamed us when we brought it to her attention. I understand mishearing us during the breakfast rush but no need to be rude when she was the one that messed up.
Outside seating
Very nice people positive energy I can 13 hours earlier form my appointment and they gave me door right away. Keep going doing that great job
