I ordered a Birthday ice cream cake for my son on January 19 2021 to be picked up on January 24 2021 at 3:30pmnnMy husband picked up the cake and the picture on the cake was distorted. I understood that it may have been blurry but it was down right distorted.nnWe called the store the same day waiting for a call from the manager but no one called. I paid almost $50 for the cake and expected the cake to be better than this.nnI’ve contacted corporate and gave all the details about this order and even provided pictures to show what it was supposed to look like. No one has called me or emailed me about this matter so here I am writing this review.nnI don’t write negative reviews but due to the no communication from Markham Baskin Robbins management team, here I am.nnI’ll just take my dollars elsewhere next time.

Line for the drive thru was out the wazoo!! Plus when I got to the window, it smelled like nothing but that loud!! ( Marijuana for you slow learners )nSo I take it they were getting high in there. This place needs to be shut down immediately!!
This place stinks and it stinks even more now that you cant hear them or understand them cause there wearing these masks
They never have anything. Its always broken or ran out
