Absolutely fantastic. Husband and I travel the country for work and love finding each areas local coffee spot! Wow is this place a true gem. Gluten friendly bakery items, with the flourless raspberry lemon scone one of the best scones I’ve ever had! Homemade and fresh, outstanding. Would definitely return if ever in the area again. The Flour House Bakery takes the Owen Lovejoy philosophy to heart. Lovejoy preached at the Congregational Church during the days of Abraham Lincoln. He preached emancipation and the brotherhood & sisterhood of humankind. Well, FH kinda bakes that philosophy into its scones and lemon bars and cakes, all priced at egalitarian prices. Expect pleasant, respectful chit chat. Enjoy seeing your fellow citizens lined up for coffee & fresh baking, socially distant and safe.
Um. These folks know to small batch bake! We stopped here on the way from Minturn to Central Vermont.nnCold brew coffee was good! Their sausage and cheddar breakfast biscuit is very tasty. Atmosphere amazing and staff very friendly.nnAlso just off the Interstate, so very easy for a stop. Downtown Princeton is very much worth seeing, brick road sections and all!
