They show their hours 8-6. Showed up at 5:51 pm with the gate/door half closed with employees cleaning up. If you show open until 6 THEN BE OPEN UNTIL 6 AND CLEAN UP AFTER 6!!!!. Otherwise change your open hours to 5:30pm
Stopped in to treat myself to a bacon egg and cheese bagel. Ask for the egg to be scrambled well. When I got back to my car the egg was up and barley cooked. Talk about serving salmonella. I walk back in and returned it I was told give them 10 minutes and they could put a new egg on it. First problem I didn't have ten minutes. Next they put a raw egg on it so the sandwich was contaminated. I just walked out and will never go back they need to get better employees and a more attentive manager or shut down before you get more people sick
The food is delicious but we had the app and there was always something wrong. Nobody would check our bag and we either were missing some or the food was the wrong one. It was annoying because we would get home and we didn't want to go back.
I order catering from Panera pretty frequently for work, and this location is the only one that NEVER messes up my order! The food is always ready (or delivered) on time, and it's always been a quick and easy experience. Today the manager even double checked something on my order because I ordered something that I don't usually get, and she wanted to be sure it was on purpose.
Found a piece of plastic in a baja bowl.
