BEWARE !!! Your items are safer in a dumpster then here. I purchased a unit in Jan 2020 after I got married to store our extra furniture. They mailed me a random set of keys in April with no note or info associated with them. I set them aside. Never missed a payment until May. I was 2 weeks late due to all the covid drama and when I went to pay I learned that a fire broke out at their location. When I called i could only reach a out of state rep that told me that my unit had a missing lock ?.....plus due to the fire no one is allowed access. I told them i just want to get my items out because i have buyers for them. Nope...cant let you in...every month that went by they continued to charge me rent PLUS LATE FEES... Now they are refusing to let me check if my items have been stolen or damaged unless i pay a $300 bill for months that i didn't want and couldnt access my items. They are being held hostage. Now they are infoming me that my unit is to be auctioned off. CROOKS !!!!!!!!!!!!! GO ELSEWARE !!!!!!!

It seems secure. They finally fixed the pavement, took a long time and was very difficult to access my unit. Then there was a fire, no access for a couple weeks, but still had to pay full rent, still not cleaned up. But its a storage unit, and it has a fence.

No one ever around, everything is automated, and tried to purchase a lock at 2 different locations; the first location was sold out, the second one took my money but didnt spit out the lock. But I guarantee the minute you miss a payment someone will be there to lock you out of your unit.nnThey have almost every kind of unit you might need though, so that's a plus.

Could not be more disappointed in the service received at this location. I wasted 40mins trying to rent a unit. Had to call the 1-800 # because their kiosk wouldn't work. Only to finally make it thru the process to have a bad gate code. Which happened to be 5mins after there was no one around to help. So we ended up leaving having been charged with not access to the unit. When the issue was brought up and given the chance to fix it. The customer service department kept me on hold for a long time only to be told nothing could be done. That's just part of the self service. I'm sorry but if I've wasted 1hr+ of time because of your system malfunctioning own up to your end. I was told I could be credited for the 1 day. That's not even paying me minimum wage for my time wasted on their error. To top it off I was never given a copy of my rental agreement. Only a a broken link that states it should have been my rental agreement. Never again will I ever use any of their facilities. And if I could give them less than one star I would. Absolutely horreedous customer service and a wonder they are even in business.
