My husband is the one who originally got the contract so I had never seen it well when it came time to move into our house it was me on my own as my husband is military and overseas. I went in to ask if there was any way to prorate us for 4 days as our rent was due but being alone I couldn’t move the heavy things I went in to ask and the lady was very rude and disrespectful and said “you signed the contract it says no prorating so you have to have it out or pay for the entire month” I was so upset I fully understand yes we signed a contract but I had no clue as I had never seen it but she could have been a little nicer instead of being so snarky about it just poor customer service although when I went back to pay two days later the young lady in there was super sweet to me so I guess it depends on who you talk tonn***Update*** Management contacted me and corrected the issue and were very polite about it and apologized for the issue I had. I’m am very pleased with how the issue was resolved!

It saddens me to say that I am very disappointed with the storage center on how I was handled at the time I was trying to get my things out of storage I lost a $6000 mattress a computer days and some more valuable items due to water damage and rats Lauren told me that it was my fault that I put my things in storage and left it I told her that I did not leave my things I paid for my storage every moth $215 for 6 years The stored center has made over $15000 on just my account alone I feel Lauren could have had a little bit more concern about the items that I lost other than brushing me off in a rude rude attitude I am going to post pictures of my items that I lost in I would never recommend anyone to use the storecenter as long as Lauren is there working because she is not a people person I really believe she has a problem with African American people I'm going to post pictures of my items and I would like a call back from the owners

This place is awesome. Had some unusual circumstances and they were super willing to go out of their way to help me out. To anyone considering this place, you can see the prices on the front end but what you can't see is that the staff will have your back.
