This store has amazing customer service. We forgot part of our pickup order. They called us to let us know (we hadn’t made it home yet) and remade that part of our order, despite it being our mistake (we did not request it to be remade). Thanks for the great service!
Current restrictions (Feb 2021):nInside is open, wear a mask when entering, ordering, and leaving. One entrance with a separate exit. Get a new cup whenever getting a self serve refill.nnI enjoy the fast casual atmosphere in most Panera stores, and this location is no exception. I enjoy getting their coffee of the month subscription, and sitting down with a cup of tea.
This particular panera never has the order ready within time promised. Food is great, costumer service 3/5. But time management in this store 1/5.
Stopped in while traveling I-64, about mid-afternoon. Not busy. It's a standard Panera with regional branding. Menu was standard. Every table was dirty. Soup was lukewarm. Sandwiches were good. Staff was quite friendly. Mixed bag.
The only reason it doesn’t get one star is an employee named Janet who is just the best. Very caring and a joy to be around. Everything else about this location is bad. Including the quality of what you get and the amount of times my order has been screwed up. Latest example being a $12 bowl of nothing.
