If nothing else go for the lemon bars!!! I stopped in by accident today and oh my goodness!! The owners are absolutely the nicest!! As I was checking out my cookies the gentleman mentioned needing to cut the lemon bars. Lemon bars are my favorite!!! These are by far the best I have ever tried!!

The other reviews are completely true- the people working here are delightful and everything looks amazing. I got three of the best buttermilk biscuits I've ever eaten for just over three bucks, made for a killer egg sandwich. Definitely coming back.

I have been going to E. Browns Bakery since I was told by a employee at Verizon. This is the best home-made bakery in this area. The baked goods are fresh and I have eaten every cookie and working on the cakes. Lol. The German Chocolate and Pound Cakes are to die for. The pies are excellent too. But I got the opportunity to get 2 slices of the Banana Pudding Cake OMG. You got to try this one. I have also ordered her dinners when she does those and like her baked goods the dinners are made with love and seasoned to perfection. This place is the real deal. They are the 2 most friendliest, kindhearted couple. Beautiful couple and excellent goodies.nKeep up the great work and thank you opening in Fairview Heights area.

Stumbled upon this gem of a bakery one evening. The most friendly folks I’ve encountered in a long time. We tried 4 of their cookies and each one was fantastic! We’ll definitely be back!
