This location lacks proper management which might pay attention to guest experience. Myself and my daughter went in for mint chocolate chip ice cream and were told they were out. The display case of ice cream was a mess. It looked like all of the containers of the ice cream or either half way in or halfway out of the display case. It appears that the workers don't care or are lazy based upon the appearance of the display case and the lack of ice cream.
Some flavors you only can get here at Christmas time... like Winter White Chocolate! We would buy a tub of it if we could!
I understand there's a pandemic, so we drove thru at 8:15 pm to get an ice cream cone. Was informed we couldn't get a cone ...only had beverages...I don't understand why no cone...
