My husband, son & I was there today (Jan 31 2021) around between 12 to 1. There was a guy trying to check out and his cards kept getting declined, & the guy that helped us get our order together (we didn’t get his name sadly) pulled money out of his own pocket & gave the change to the guy to keep. It was one of the kindest things we have seen & I wish we got his name because he deserve recognition for this. There are still good people in this world. And I hope the company takes the time to figure out who it was.nnI gave 4 stars instead of 5 though just because our cinnamon bite pretzels were cold and the cold hot chocolate drink wasn’t very good which I know isn’t the workers fault but the pretzels could have been fresher.

Rudest staff i’ve ever met, skipped over me in line and then charged me for pretzels they refused to give me. they told us we were asking for free stuff. they threw the receipts away in front of us and told us we weren’t in line. don’t ever recommend. save your time and your money.

Staff is rude and could care less about working or customers. My daughter usually goes in and gets a pretzel every time we’re in the mall, but we will not be going back to this location until the staff has changed. The manager is just as rude as the staff, so unless corporate or the owner stays in, this behavior will continue.nI’m making a negative review as we have had several poor experiences with the staff at this location and something needs to be done.

I made a mobile order around 3pm to be picked up at 3:45pm. When I arrived around 3:42, a worker told me that the hot chocolate frost would need about 40 minutes to be defrosted... additionally, when I asked to pick up my order, the other worker didnt even realize there was a mobile order.nI made the mobile order 45 minutes before I picked it up yet the drink wasnt ready?? Anyways, I asked for a refund on the drink after they gave me my pretzal nuggets. They took a long time to refund me and kept staring at me as I waited... so 3 of the workers kept looking at me over and over.nFinally, they gave me a cash refund rather than refund the card I made the order on. Which of course they didnt ask how I'd like it refunded.
