Chris and Billy delivered my adjustable base and mattress today. They were polite had no problems putting my bed up where I wanted it. A few hours later I get a call they brought me the wrong mattress and said that the one I had would cost me an extra 32 dollars on the month. I told them that I didn't want a higher payment to go ahead and bring me the correct mattress. They said it would be Wednesday hopefully the next crew is as nice as the first.
I just got a deep freeze from rent one so far i am very pleased everyone was really nice (thank you Trish) and made sure the price was right. The gentlemen that delivered it were also nice and fast they did great. I am pleased.
Got a sectional without knowing the side of my door. And was worried it wasn’t gonna fit. But billy and Chris were champs and got it to fit. They were so friendly and nice!
Bill was an awesome mover when he delivered our washing machine.i always get superb service.
I am very satisfied with all my purchases I have very gotten from rent one. I have never had an issue and if I ever have questions they answer them. They are very respectable and polite. I highly recommend them to anyone!
