I really like shopping here. Purchased several items from them. Nice people. Good selection, and I believe they have some of the better prices. Worth checking out for sure.
My grandma bought two recliners from swains and got them home and found out both of them were broken. We called then several times, and all they would say is “we’ll call you back.” Finally we went over to the store and Amber said she would come out and look at the chairs. Two days later she did. She said she fixed one by tightening it down so it didn’t swivel a whole 360. Well that did work, and she said she would have to order a new back for the other one. Haven’t heard from anyone since. These people are a joke and currently in the process of turning them in to the BBB! They are rude and did nothing but yell at each other while we were in the store.

Had not even made it into the door before we heard a worker yelling at another employee. He promptly turned to yell at my friend and myself regarding a rule he wasn’t even following himself. Will absolutely never go back!
I used to always get my furniture here and will never spend another penny there. The owner cussed out 83 year old dementia client who was trying to ask questions and pay over a thousand dollars for a mattress! They are always very unprofessional and if you can not be kind to a disabled vet you don't need to work with the public andbits sickening. Period
