Steve is the man!!! He is so polite and doesn't follow you around or ask you the same questions over and over again!! We bought nearly $7000 worth of furniture fry there and although delivery has been painfully slow, Steve has been on top of it and offered Free delivery to rectify this situation. Couldn't be happier!!! I would still recommend that you go see Steve ud83dude01
Great customer service. The location was not wheelchair friendly because of so much furniture available but the manager did his best to accommodate me and bring chairs over for me to look at.
Cheaper to buy Ashley furniture brand other places
My wife and I purchased a table in July we cancelled this month (November) after no communication and still no table.... purchased a better quality similar in appearance table at Hudson's Art Van gallery in Cape Girardeau, MO for less money delivered in less than 10 days to our house. Ashley is still processing the return after 10 days with no refund as of yet. Will not be shopping with Ashley Furniture ever again very unprofessional and very disappointed with their customer service if it was possible I would return the rest of the furniture we purchased in July as well.... to late now and lesson learned so beware of this store
Inquired about a king size storage bed, was told it would take about 2 weeks to come in. I decided to order it because the price was decent, I was told most of the bed was in stock at the local warehouse they just needed to order the footboard....well that was damn near a month ago and everytime I called I get the voicemail, no answer or they are closed. I don't see how people can shop with ashley paying tons of money for furniture that take months to receive, not a good business practice.
