Not only am I a personal customer with them but a businesses customer as well. When all others said NO they said YES. If it was not for the Whitney and Dave and the delivery team my homebased company never would have made it. There understanding on what I needed to get it going and off the ground was outstanding. If was not for the Marion store and their efforts and all there hard work RL Studio's never would have happened. Thank You!

I wish there were a 10 star on here. Dave and Whitney are great. They are truly there for the clients no matter what. We came to them about a year so ago maybe longer due to really bad service at Rent One, we heard about Aarons from one of my co-works and how great they are and all I can she did not talk them up enough. Even with this pandemic going on they still have the up most respect and compassion for their clients I don't use the word customer for a reason (a customer is a number and client is FAMILY). I've given many reviews on Google and if a company is bad I will tell it end of story. Aarons on the other hand, if you to want be treated fairly and with respect go where they understand your needs and not your wallet.

We have purchased several thing in our family from aarons. The sales staff are excellent... Today we purchased a washer and dryer. We were very disappointed with our delivery. We had our old washer and dryer out and should of been a easy install. Two hoses and drain for washer. And vent and plug for dryer. Well that wasn't the case. The installer put two washers stuck together in backwards in the washer hoses and it leaked water all over our floor and then it got even worse. He didn't hook the plug to the dryer before he plugged it in to the 220 plug and the wires were touching and it burned up our 220 plug and it burnt some wiring and smoked the wall area around the plug and the house smelled like burned wiring really bad. Did he correct it no he was worried he had been here to long and was ready to go home. So finally tonight at nine my husband has thier damage fixed. I am hoping someone in management see this comment. Very frustrated...

With the service I have received here compared to the ones I was at b4 Aaron's is the only place ill go to. An Dave has went above an beyond when the time came for it.
