A friend recommended Big John movers to us when we were relocating in Cincinnati, but we had already booked another company for our home move. We moved with the other company and were left underwhelmed. So when we needed a very heavy 7-piece desk unit picked up in KY and delivered to OH we called Big John. Not only were they THE most competitive rate, they did the job SAME DAY! Patrick and Dre were an incredible team. We were purchasing the item they were picking up sight unseen and a little nervous, and they made the whole experience better! They constantly checked in about timing, traffic, and even asked me to text them a picture of the item we were expecting and called me once they got to the pickup site to confirm everything matched the photos and looked great. These two gentlemen went above and beyond to provide piece of mind and worked extremely diligently, carefully wrapping and efficiently moving each piece of furniture. They set up our huge new desk with a smile and even shimmed it to perfection. What an awesome experience, attention to detail, and service! I highly recommend Big John, and would definitely request Patrick and Dre again in a heartbeat! Thanks, guys!

Wow!!! I picked Big Johns because of the great reviews and must say they are the absolute BEST movers we have ever used and only one we will use again. Ronnie fit us in an opening right away and Austin and Chris moved our items, including large glass vivariums, with utmost care! They were professional, punctual and quick!!! Even after reading the reviews, they still somehow exceeded our expectations!! And they are affordable to boot!!

On the first icy, snowy day (Nov 30) and during a pandemic—these guys were amazing! They were prompt, polite, friendly, extremely hard working and professional. Dealing with a steep driveway and then a very narrow hallway on the 2nd floor-they made it work. Highly recommend! ud83dudc4d

Big John Movers take the stress out of moving! I’m serious. Started with the first phone call with Ronnie. She is a angel, so kind and compassionate. Took all the worries away. I hired them to pack one day, and move the next day. I was blessed to have Larry, Chris, & Austin both days. These guys are top notch professional! The care, organization, and speed was amazing!
