Great company to work for. The trucks are maintained very well. Drop/hook and live were well balanced. Dispatchers listen well. Lance is an amazing guy. More caring than he lets on. I worked with Shane as my dispatcher. He offered options and always listened. Very patient, I wasn’t familiar with the locations and he was helpful. Always kept me busy, gave me great miles. I wouldn’t mind working here again. Would recommend.
I drove for them for a few months. They ran me good with loads through the house. I would've stayed but I needed to move to Florida. I thought the trucks were too slow but the Macks had decent power. I had one with that weird U pattern RTO shifter. I drove for them during the fall/winter and the bunk heaters worked great. The only thing I didn't like about the trucks were the cheap ineffective suspension dampers which were about as strong as that thing which holds the toilet paper roll. Overall, it was a great company. Quincy is a great town. I miss it.
