As a returning customer I can say that I've never been unsatisfied with the service that I have received. The sales staff is very nice and helpful without being pushy at all, and the delivery team was able to move in our new mattress without any issues. I'd recommend anybody to shop here for your mattress/furniture needs if you haven't already.
I was greeted soon after walking inside by Amy. She was very nice. Helped us with the questions we had. We bought the furniture and was out within minutes. By far my favorite place. Usually we do Springfield IL, but no more. Love love love quincy IL now.
I was able to customize my sectional all the way down to the fabric and dimensions. It was well worth the visit and everyone was so nice. Everyone there was very professional and they understood my needs for my growing family.
We found a piece that we had been looking for a recently and happened to find one here that was the floor model and discounted extremely well. A nice piece for a great price. Paula took good care or us. Thank you!
Hannah is the absolute best! We showed up 30 min before closing and she spent an hour still doing so much research and making sure to find us the perfect bedroom set. She is a true asset and so thankful we had her help!! I havent received the furniture yet ud83dude02 so fingers crossed my review stays the same afterwards. But if nothing else comes out of this review, Slumberland has the best employees and that makes up for any downfall that could come! Will be getting all my furniture here from now on!
