Had an awesome experience, I was a pretty quick and easy customer. I knew going into Mattress Firm, I wasn't going to leave without a new bed but what I didn't expect was the amazing service from the staff. Devin took great care of us, we ended up spending more than expected but he made it worth our while and from one salesman to another I felt completely satisfied with my first time experience. Also, thank you Erin for double checking everything as well and there was another worker in the back who gave us some direction until he was able to turn over the sale to Devin (unfortunately cannot remember his name). As a whole this Quincy location should feel proud of their staffs great customer service!
We went into the store with neck and back pain. My husband and I knew that we couldn't keep the bed that we currently had. But we didn't know what was best for us.nnThe lady came over when we first got there. She had us try a few different things.nShe literally worked with us for over 3 hours. Our situation was different from most. She let us take our time. Let us keep going back to the mattress that we liked.nnShe was not pushy at all. We had a wonderful experience!nnI would definitely recommend this store!
The salesman was ready to help immediately upon entering the store and went right to work trying to find a mattress that fit our daughter and he was also able to keep the price low. The mattress was not in stock in the size we needed, but they were able to get it in the following day. Very pleased with our experience.
We really enjoyed our experience at Mattress Firm! Erin was very helpful and professional! We look forward to our bed being delivered and will definitely return in the future for more bedding needs!
Excellent experience, the employees were very knowledgeable and had no problem looking up any information we needed. We were able to take our time and try out anything we wanted. CDC guidelines were adhered to which made us feel comfortable while trying the beds out. No one rushed as while we spent about 2 hours here and we didn't feel pressured in any way which is nice for a change. Great conversation as well!
