A clean, comfortable, and healthy shopping environment. I'm a guy who had to buy some clothes for church and a couple of upcoming special occasions. I spent over $200 but I got a TON of coupons my wife can use. It was all a LOT less painful than you would think.
I did not enjoy my last visit there because the store was too warm. Otherwise I look forward shopping in Kohl's.
The checkout menu, Kory and Robert were very nice and helpful. They made sure I got the senior citizen discount. I was not aware they had senior citizen discount!
Lots of choices
I used to enjoy shopping Kohl's, especially if I was lucky enough to get a 30 percent off. I'm extremely disappointed in the high number of BOGO merchandise. The higher end bedding used to be more affordable with a coupon. Now it is mostly BOGO. I do not need two sheet sets at one time. Same with many other items. Now I'm going to other places to shop.
