Horrible customer service. Homemakers extended warranty service contracted them to repair my couch. They were very rude and they refused to work the claim. They made it sound like this type of work was beneath them. They spoke like they were too busy and too proud to be doing such work.

Randy was great! He was very thorough in explaining my repair options and he did the work right there in front of me. I had a back spring come undone and shoot through the back of the fabric of my couch. He actually invited me to watch if I was curious about the process. He took his time to make sure everything lined up properly when reassembling the back of my couch. I was nervous about the experience but I was really pleasantly surprised at the end result. I'll definitely call him again if I need this type of work done.

The leather furniture that they restored was done VERY poorly. The job was not done completely, and the parts they did it is already wearing off.nnOur leather couch and chair with ottoman were dropped off on July 27 2016. When we picked them up, we noticed some areas were not done completely (on sides and back). We also noticed that hey left years worth of crud in the crevices. Now after just 6 weeks of normal use, the cushions on the couch are starting to come 'undone.' That is, the refinishing is coming off! We paid $1,200 for this, and the workmanship is terrible.nnWhen we spoke to them about it, they were dismissive and unwilling to help in any way.

Rediculous. Horrible customer service. Came to my house for a consult and never heard back from him for 3 weeks. Left 2 voicemails. Finally got ahold of him to have him not even recognize who I was, what product I had, or what even needed done.nHe tells me he's been so busy, it would be better if I just handled it myself. Ive been waiting almost a month to get repairs done without even a simple follow-up call.nNOT the way you do business.nI wouldn't recommend Randy Simpson for anything except disappointment and disgust!! WALK AWAY NOW!!
