I scheduled a massage with Natalie to help with back pain. The massage was great, Natalie listened to my issues, focused on the trouble spots, and adjusted to get the right intensity. That night I got the best sleep I've had in years! I am so thankful for the relief from pain - I'm able to get back into motion and feel more confident doing strength training knowing I have a great source of relief if things get bound up.

Eric did an amazing job with my full body massage. He made sure to use the pressure I felt was most comfortable as well as focusing the massage on areas we discussed as most important. He was very professional and courteous. I will definitely be returning!
