Recently reserved a unit at this location. Nice new facility and the managers (Theresa and Dustin) made the move in really easy. As I was leaving it was nice to see Dustin walking the perimeter of the parking lot picking up trash which show they really care about the appearance of the facility. In my experience this is quite often neglected.
We have moved to a new storage unit! CubeSmart is new to the area. My DD is only the 16th renter to the new facility. She FaceTimed me as she was unloading her items and I am impressed!nThey have contactless registration online. They have 24 hr surveillance. Each renter has their own code to access the gate, building and elevator. They have moving carts available to help unload your items. When I called their customer service for a quick question, they were extremely helpful. Important to note, their website is very user-friendly.nI literally reserved it online and had a response in just a couple minutes with further instructions. Within 5 minutes of submitting and finalizing our contract, they had emailed me with the information to get into the unit!nHopefully this helps anyone looking for a location.
Nice new units, conveniently located, easily accessible, reasonable rates. The managers, Teresa and Dustin, are great!
