Hands down a wonderful business to work with. The premises are kept safe and secure, payments are a breeze to do, Tyler was easy to work with and very professional, and it was all in all a great experience. I rented with them for over a year, without a single bad experience, critique, or complaint. Nice clean storage. Tyler is also very helpful and understanding, I will gladly go back if/when the time is needed.
Tyler was fantastic to work with, the units are top notch as well. Clean, well built, well maintained. The facility feels very secure with the coded gate to enter and the location is perfect for Ames. Get reserved early if you are renting for short term storage between moves, units go crazy quick July-August time.
Farner Storage in Ames has by far the best costumer service I've ever experienced. I have used storage spaces twice already and Tyler has always been very welcoming and accommodated for every issue I had. I would definitely recommend Farner Storage to anyone looking for a well maintained storage space and great customer service!!
Tyler Farner is a really nice guy, made everything very simple. Facility is super easy to enter and exit, and the storage unit had more than enough space for everything I had.
