Earl May Garden Center

Very odd customer service. I brought it two planter pots that I previously bought somewhere else. I wanted to find plants that would fit the pots perfectly. The two workers saw me bring them in, unfortunately I didn’t find the right plants so I walked out. And instead of confronting me if I had stolen the pots they decided they were going to call the cops instead? When they saw me walk in with them. Luckily my friend who was with saw them run to the window and grab the phone. I went in explaining and showed them I bought them elsewhere. They were very rude.

Staff were very helpful with finding the seeds I wanted and very friendly. I was thrilled to see they had native Midwest plants for my pollinator garden. Very happy with my experience and will return in the future.

Absolutely love the Ames Earl May! They are always super helpful and cheerful! And are wonderful with my kids too! They're plants are beautiful and we'll taken care of. And they are extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend, even if it may cost slightly more. Totally worth it for the customer service!

I was able to find cat grass here and get it planted and grown in less than a week!nnThe staff was friendly and the prices were very reasonable.

Thank you for requiring masks in your store. A reasonably safe place for high risk people to go for plants! As avid gardeners/landscapers, we've always been impressed by your plants!
