Employee is either committing fraud or incompetent. We were told that if we switched to ATT we. would get 2 new phone (Aug 2020) and after repeated visits wondering why we weren’t getting credited on our bill she told us she made a mistake and the phones weren’t free. Left ATT and now we got a bill for the remainder. Corporate isn’t any better ...nothing but the runaround with them even after filling a written dispute. Heading for court now to get our money back and keep from having to pay the remainder balance on the phones. Buyer beware ....
No support if you face a technical issues with At&t. I called more than 10 times and spent hours to solve an issue. They just lie! I am gonna move to another provider!
