CPR Cell Phone Repair Ames

I was sure I was going to have to get a new phone but these folks had my phone fixed in less than an hour and for a steal! I walked out feeling like they just saved me $700. Also the employees were very personable.

Don't know the name of the guy who helped me, but he was super helpful. Right up front about the price, got the work done in less time than needed, and it works like a charm. Super straightforward process that went exactly as described.

I had shattered my phone screen and broken some of the display when I brought it in to get fixed. The first repair had some issues, but with the included lifetime warranty I was able to get it replaced for free and it works like a charm now. Well worth the investment.

Very professional and friendly. They helped me figure out how to fix the color gradient on the iPad without charging me. When I had mentioned about how my husband’s phone wouldn’t charge when plugged in, they said it would most likely be due to having gunk in the port. I will be bringing his phone there for service.

Worked on laptop and phone while I waited. Covid protocol. Things working great.
