Kohl's

The store is small for a Kohls so it gets knocked a star but the employees are fantastic.

The service was exceptional and I love the service to return Amazon purchases to them for return.

I loved the boots I purchased! Top quality stuff

I am so unimpressed. I collect perfume and a few months ago maybe last year, I was going to get a Britney Spears set because it said half off above it. I took it up front and asked and she said it was full price. I say to the very bored looking cashier it says half off above it. She acted like I was lying and logged off her register and followed me over to the sets. Oh no its just for these certain ones. I go its above all of them and pointed. She insisted it was full price. I go fine if its full price I don't want it. Fine. She snapped. Now mind you, thirty nine dollars isn't that bad, but I don't have a lot of money. The majority of clothing is outdated and ugly plus expensive. Rudest store ever. I will stick with Amazon and Wal Mart.

They have some really nice clothes but some the signs can be difficult to understand what is on sale and where.
