The Spa at Rhythm City Casino Resort

My husband and I got a couple's massage today. It was amazing. The massage therapists were kind and professional.nAfter having an unfortunate experience with the resort/hotel management, we didn't think we would be coming back. Today more than made up for our previous experience, and we will continue to frequent/support the spa because of that. We feel so relaxed and loved using the amenities after. Thank you so much!

My favorite spa in the Quad Cities. They have Eminence Organics products which my skin takes to very well. Probably the best skin care I've ever had the pleasure of using! Their staff is very knowledgeable on their services and the products they sell. I've had the pleasure of experiencing hair design, pedicures and some eyebrow waxing's. Every treatment was perfect and designed just for me! Looking forward to my next visit!

Gave my mother a gift card here for mother's day. She recently used it to and continues telling me what a wonderful experience she had. Great staff and a truly top notch Spa! If you looking to get away for a day this is the place to go!

I have spent thousands of dollars here and I have never received such poor treatment as I have today. I booked services for my black friend and I and they immediately started targeting her. Reprimanding her for her mask being down while she was drinking multiple times(when I walked away) when their policy allows to have their masks down while drinking. When questioning them about questioning us about it they said “well you don’t have your mask on now” as they approached us with drinks in our hands reprimanding us! Our entire day other guests approached us apologizing and questioning why they were questioning us. I am appalled!!!!!!!!

I just spent a bundle at this spa. I am so disappointed! The body wrap was nice and the facility itself is perfectly lovely, but I can’t believe the horrible mani/pedi. I decided to have it done here because I figured higher price means it will be fantastic. Wrong! Probably one of the worst mani/pedi I’ve ever had. The polish isn’t evenly applied. It looks like a 4th grader painted my nails. What a waste of money!!
