Charged us $1,000 to vacate our office even though 1) they didn’t service our new location (which would have allowed us to stay with them) and 2) the new tenants that moved into our office signed up with them. So they’re no worse off and they still charged us $1,000.
There is no ability to contact the store and talk to a live person. Very poor customer service.
Horrible customer service. You can never speak to a live person. You chat on line with a service agent and they give you an 800 number to call. It is truly baffling how a large company like this operates when customers cannot get to a live person. disappointing.
internet works - the billing is awful they up my bill and add in streaming services and say they will add credits - remove this NOT approved additional services and I go in circles and don't get anything other than a monthly bill that increases.
Very poor connection! I’ve never had bad experience with Xfinity up until now. I’ve had it for 2 days now at my new place and it’s been the worst experience ever! Constantly losing connection, having to unplug my router and I can’t even get help from an actual human being from customer service! I regret getting xfinity.
